is there a fee to create a customized vacation package?
For Disney vacations it's FREE! You will find we provide the exact same rates compared to what you find on your own. Disney realizes there is so much to see and do that an experienced travel advisor is in your best interest!
For non-Disney vacations, if multiple options with multiple destinations are needed, a small fee may apply. However; fees can be waived if deposits and bookings are made within 7 days of receiving your proposal. FEES are waived for FIRST time clients!
For Photo and Story services rates will vary, Minimum pricing starts at $49 for a 20 page book with up to 60 photos. Additional pricing available by request. (Client must provide 60 photos and a brief story about their vacation)

For Disney Cruise Lines, there are multiple ships sailing from multiple ports each week; the timing will depend on how quickly you're able to decide on the details once presented .
For non-Disney destinations the timing is based on multiple variables. We will notify you if there is a current backlog in package proposals during your initial inquiry.

Yes! Absolutely! Disney's Deluxe Villa Resorts can sleep up to 12 in one three-bedroom villa. If budget is a priority, the Family Suites at Disney's All-Star Music Resort and Disney's Art of Animation Resort are affordable options for parties of up to 6 Guests. Working with a travel advisor is absolutely key for large groups. We can select hotel + ticket packages that work for everyone. We can work with Disney to request your rooms are located close together or adjoining. We can make group changes as necessary, coordinate dining reservations and provide customized park itineraries. We're ready to make you look like a HERO!
Disney technology is overwhelming, what can you do to help?
As an agent of Small World Big Fun, when it comes to helping clients we work as a team; continuously updating one another on current Disney tips, trends, and technology changes. Once you've made a deposit you will recieve key resources to help as you prepare to write your next story! One of those is access to a Disney technology webinar that will help you learn more than you'll ever need to know about Genie+. We will also assist with your dining reservations for those staying on property, 60 days in advance.
